Canadian company offers new tool to detect white mold in soybeans

The decision to apply fungicides to soybeans can be challenging. A Canadian company has developed a new product to help farmers make that decision.

Heather Deobald, general manager of Saskatoon-based Quantum Genetix, tells us about Q-protect.

  • White fungus has been reported by Japanese retailers on our exports. Also, White Aster (A wildflower) might be synergetic with white fungus. More a soil problem?
