Ag Secretary Vilsack addresses state ag directors in Omaha

During a stop in Omaha on Friday, U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack addressed a joint luncheon of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture and Omaha agribusiness leaders.  Vilsack covered a wide range of topics, including TPP and issues involving China.
