Missouri Soybean executes breeding and licensing partnership with University of Georgia
An exciting, first-of-its-kind breeding and licensing partnership with the University of Georgia will allow an expansion of High Oleic soybeans. This partnership has combined the university’s High Oleic genetics with SOYLEIC® varieties. Missouri Soybean Director of Licensing Bryan Stobaugh says that the partnership expands the territory of the High Oleic gene to new maturity groups and is a perfect example of what local soybean checkoff investments can do for the industry.
