Brownfield’s Meghan Grebner spoke with Danielle Beck, Director of Government Affairs for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association about cell-cultured meat and how the organization wants it to be regulated.  As COVID-19 cases begin to spike, Beck also touched on the concerns surrounding processing capacity in the beef industry.
