NCBA on transportation and tax issues

At the recent Cattle Industry Summer Conference in Denver, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association associate director of legislative affairs Kent Bacus gave us an update on transportation and tax issues of importance to cattlemen.  They include the DOT proposal that truck drivers take a 30-minute rest period and Congress’ work on comprehensive tax reform.
