It’s easy when you call JULIE

Dale Kuhn, damage prevention manager for JULIE, Inc. has a saying, “you call 9-1-1 to report a disaster, you call 8-1-1 to prevent a disaster.” Kuhn says it’s really that simple, by calling 8-1-1 you not only prevent excavation safety, but you also prevent damage to those facilities that are buried. And right now is a good time for that reminder, especially with a lot of field tiling underway.
