Helping solve nutrient pollution

Ellen Gilinsky, Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Water at the Environmental Protection Agency says nutrient pollution is a priority issue at EPA and for the past couple of days she’s been here in San Antonio at the NACD Annual Meeting, learning more about the role of Soil and Water Conservation Districts and what the partnership opportunities might be.
