Final numbers for World Dairy Expo 2013

Final numbers are in for the 2013 World Dairy Expo. A total of 70,903 people attended the show and 2,225 dairy cattle were checked-in on the grounds. 617 Holsteins, 371 Jerseys, 361 Brown Swiss, 253 Red & White Holsteins, 229 Ayrshires, 203 Guernseys and 191 Milking Shorthorn. There were 1,616 dairy cattle exhibitors from 36 states and 7 Canadian Provinces.
