Culvers continues support of farmers

Culvers restaurants President and CEO Joe Koss says they continue to shine the light on farmers so they know they are appreciated and so consumers know where their food comes from. Koss was on a consumer panel sponsored by the US Farmers and Ranchers Panel at the 2017 Commodity Classic in San Antonio, Texas.

He discussed why supporting farmers is so important – and told the audience Culvers has donated more than one-million dollars to the FFA over the past five years.

Koss also talked about the importance of sustainability and how his restaurant supports that.  They don’t serve walleye every day.
