Ball State University

Scholarship

Students interested in attending Ball State University may apply for university scholarships before March 10.

The Community Foundation of Boone County

Scholarship

Students who are residents of Boone County may apply for a variety of scholarships through the Community Foundation of Boone County.

Indiana 4-H

Scholarship

Indiana 4-H Foundation Scholarship- (Varies) Students who are pursuing higher education are eligible. Selection is based solely on 4-H achievements. Applications are due depending on independent county dates.

Indiana Beef Association

Scholarship

Indiana Junior Beef Cattlemen’s Association Scholarship- (Varies) High school seniors or college students are able to apply. Applicant must be a member of the IJBCA.

Indiana Beef Cattle Association

Scholarship

Sennett Farms Cattle Company Scholarship- ($500) Applicants must be from a family that is actively involved in beef production and are current ICBA members. In addition, applicants must be residents of Indiana who are existing college student or high school student majoring in agriculture. Entries must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2011.

Indiana Broadcasters Association

Scholarship

Indiana Broadcasters Scholarship- High school seniors or college students who have a minimum of 3.0 GPA are able to apply. Applicant must actively participate in a broadcasting facility and plan to pursue a degree in broadcasting, telecommunications, or broadcast journalism. Applications are due March 5.

Indiana Farm Bureau

Internship

Summer Policy Internship- Intern will be working within the Public Policy team and in cross-team projects at Indiana Farm Bureau. The internship will primarily focus on developing materials for issue specific meetings, planning and organizing information, and research. An understanding of politics, and policy processes, current policy and agricultural issues, and an agricultural background is helpful. Applications are due April 1.

Scholarship

Career Enrichment Scholarship- (Varies) Applicants must be 21 years or older who intends on enriched their career of choice. The scholarship may be used for a workshop, seminar, credit or non-credit class or degree program. Applications are due Sept. 1.

 Harry L. Pearson outstanding Leader Scholarship- (Varies) High school seniors who plan to attend Purdue University’s School of Agriculture are eligible. Applications are due Sept. 1.

Indiana Soybean Association

Scholarship

AgrIInstiture Scholarship- (Varies) Soybean farmers in Indiana are able to apply. Applicant must be accepted into Indiana’s Agriculture Leadership Program.

Northern Indiana Community College

Scholarship

Students interested in attending Northern Indiana Community College may apply for university scholarships before August 9.

Purdue University College of Agriculture

Scholarship

Students interested in attending Purdue University’s College of Agriculture may apply for university scholarships before Feb. 15.

State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana

Scholarship

Students who are residents of Indiana may apply for a variety of scholarships through the State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana.
