Wisconsin meat processor to lead AAMP

A northwestern Wisconsin meat processor has been elected President of the American Association of Meat Processors.  Wisconsin Master Meat Crafter and Hall of Famer Louis Muench operates Louis’s Finer Meats in Cumberland, Wisconsin and was chosen by his peers last week.

Wisconsin has two other processors in leadership roles.  Rick Reams of RJ’s Meats in Hudson is the new 1st Vice President and Matt Bayer from Country Fresh Meats in Weston is on the board of directors.
