Monsanto exceeds pollinator habitat goal
Monsanto has exceeded pollinator habitat goals to protect and promote sustainable landscapes.
Pam Strifler with the company says establishing pollinator and wildlife habitats are key to their biodiversity strategies and efforts are supporting far-reaching initiatives.
Seventy-two pollinator habitats were established on Monsanto sites across the U.S. over the past year and the company doubled the number which are certified by the Wildlife Habitat Council.
The company has also donated $3.6 million to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Monarch Butterfly Conservation Fund over the past three years.
