Dow launches soybean burn-down herbicide

Dow AgroSciences has launched a new soybean burn-down herbicide. The company says Elevore will control many weeds resistant to glyphosate and ALS-inhibitors, including one of the most resistant weeds, marestail.

Dow says Elevore contains a new Group-4 growth regulator herbicide that the company has developed, able to control weeds “from the inside out.”

Registration for Elevore is expected in 2017.
