Milk futures mostly lower, cash dairy mixed

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange pulled back earlier week gains following the supply and demand report while cash trade was mixed.

April Class III milk up five cents at $17.68.  May down two cents at $19.38.  June down 17 cents at $19.45.  July 15 cents lower at $19.30.  August through October contracts three to 16 cents lower.

Dry whey down $0.01 $0.63.  One sale was made at that price. 

Blocks up $0.00225 at $1.83.  Sixteen trades were made ranging from $1.79 to $1.83. 

Barrels up $0.1075 at $1.6925.  Six trades were made from $1.68 to $1.6975. 

Butter up $0.0350 at $1.88.  Three trades were made from $1.86 to $1.88.

Nonfat dry milk unchanged at $1.2050.
