What level of SNAP funding cuts will the President accept?

Finding the middle ground on SNAP (food stamp) funding cuts is the biggest challenge facing farm bill negotiators.  The House bill calls for a reduction of 40 billion dollars over ten years, while the Senate version contains only four billion dollars in cuts.

So what level of cuts is President Obama comfortable with?  We put that question to Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack Tuesday during a news conference in Lincoln, Nebraska.
