Research supports cow’s milk is best
With so many “milk” products on the market, what ones have the most nutrients?
A recent study by the University of Buffalo’s Digestive Diseases and Nutrition Center compared the nutritional content in cow’s milk to non-dairy beverages. Researchers found all seven plant-based milks vary greatly in their nutritional value.
