Listeria killed through cooking
Haley Oliver with Purdue University explains that listeria is a microorganism that lives in the soil and we’re not going to get rid of it. If it is consumed by humans and animals it can make them very sick. Listeria thrives in the cold….so the way to kill it is heat.
