FDA says pork is safe to eat amid drug review

The Food and Drug Administration says consumers should continue to eat pork as normal. The FDA has taken the first step for the potential removal of approval of the drug Carbadox used in pork production. Liz Wagstrom, chief veterinarian with the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC), says consumers should NOT be afraid to eat pork.
