Dandelions are edible

The pesky yellow-headed weeds dotting your yard this summer can actually be good for some people.  Dandelions aren’t just a nuisance weed, they’re edible. Rich in antioxidants and vitamin A and B12, one cup of dandelion greens contains almost twice as much iron as spinach and more than 500 percent of your daily intake of vitamin K.
