A new ranking puts the DASH diet first, again.  The DASH diet was designed to fight high blood pressure, not as an overall diet.  But a panel of health experts for U.S. News and World Reports rated it highly for nutritional completeness, safety, ability to prevent or control diabetes, and for supporting heart health.
