Twin row planting generates a lot of interest

Illinois EPA, Assn. of Illinois SWCD’s working together

A project made possible with a federal Clean Water Act Section 319 grant administered by the Illinois EPA received special recognition during the Farm Progress Show. To learn more about the partnership, Dave Russell talked with Richard Breckenridge with Illinois EPA and Rich Nichols, Executive Director of the Association of Illinois Soil and Water Conservation District’s.

Putting more money in soybean farmers pockets

Dave Russell and Phil BradshawPhil Bradshaw has been involved in checkoff programs for the past 40 years, he’s seen the work that has been done with checkoff dollars. The Illinois soybean farmer serves as Vice Chairman of the United Soybean Board and at the Farm Progress Show, Bradshaw talked about soy biodiesel, animal agriculture and aquaculture, areas where soybean checkoff dollars are being invested.

Building demand and protecting U.S. soybeans

American Soybean Association call to action
