Carroll County presents Ag Youth Award

Clayton Ruter of Shannon, Illinois is the 2015 Youth in Agriculture Award Winner for Carroll County.  Clayton is the son of Jim & Kayla Ruter and is a 2015 Graduate of Eastland High School.  He plans on attending BlackHawk East College in Kewanee before transferring to Palmer College of Chiropractic to study Animal Chiropratic.  He told us what 4-H and growing up on a farm has done for him.
