Brownfield expands marketing footprint

Jefferson City, Missouri (April 17, 2017) – Brownfield welcomes DayWeather Network to the suite of agriculture networks it represents for national sales. This partnership expands the marketing reach available for advertising partners to more than 700 affiliate radio stations in a 15-state region of prime agricultural production.

“This new partnership will extend our national AG footprint west and compliment the Kansas Ag Network, Nebraska Brownfield, and American Ag Network by providing our clients extended coverage in this region,” explains John Baker, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Brownfield.

DayWeather Radio Network provides local weather forecasts to more than 75 affiliate radio stations in 39 markets in the Rocky Mountain High Plains Region which includes Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Nebraska.

“Each weather program is customized for the local weather conditions for each affiliate location,” said DayWeather Network President Don Day, Jr.

Advertiser’s messages are imbedded into LOCAL weather forecast programs delivered to each affiliate location 2-3 times daily. This unique capability allows advertisers to “cherry pick” only the affiliate locations they require instead of having to buy the total network.

In addition to DayWeather Network, Brownfield represents American Ag Network, Kansas Ag Network, and Texas State Ag Network as well as the more than 450 affiliate radio stations that are part of Brownfield Ag News Radio Network.
