CAFO annual report deadline approaching
Valentine’s Day is Monday, February 14, that’s an important date, but if you’re a CAFO operator in Indiana, Andy Tauer, Agricultural Liaison at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management says another important date is Tuesday, February 15, that’s the deadline to have your annual report in to IDEM.
“Those need to be post marked by February 15 from all the CAFOs that have held a permit, a CAFO permit, over the last year with the agency,” said Tauer.
And for those CAFO operators failing to meet the February 15 deadline.
“There could be potential enforcement actions as a consequence for not submitting your report on time,” Tauer said.
