Nebraska Scholarships
- The Charles Marshall Educational Loan Fund Consists of voluntary funds contributed by Farm Bureau members. These funds are available to worthy individuals enrolled for training in accredited institutions for the advancement of professional skills in nursing or other educational areas.
- Greater Horizon Scholarship- Nebraska Farm Bureau members ages 18 to 35 are eligible to apply for the annual $1,000 Greater Horizon scholarship award.
- Husker Harvest Days Ag Scholarships- Nine scholarships valued at $600 each for students pursuing a post-secondary education in various areas of the field of agriculture to be awarded by the AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTE OF NEBRASKA, Grand Island and FARM PROGRESS COMPANIES.
- The Lower Platte North NRD- Provides a variety of scholarships and grants for teachers and students with an interest in natural resources.
- Nebraska 4-H- Selection will be based on the following factors: influence of 4-H on individuals’ selection of future career, 4-H background, leadership abilities, resourcefulness, interest and desire for further education and scholastic achievements. Scholarships will be awarded to the candidates whose applications earn the highest overall scores from the judges.
- Nebraska City Public Schools Scholarships- The lists is a variety of scholarships offered in varying college focuses.
- Nebraska Cooperative Council Education Foundation Scholarship Program- Has awarded more than 99 scholarships totaling $73,150 for students.
- Nebraska Grain Sorghum Producers Association- Offering a $400 scholarship to a graduating high school senior or to a student currently enrolled in post-high school education. To qualify, the student must plan to pursue a course of study in preparation for a career in agriculture or an ag-related field. The applicant’s parents or guardian must be a member of the Nebraska Grain Sorghum Producers Association. Deadline for applying for the 2009 Nebraska Grain Sorghum Producers Association Scholarship is February 1, 2009. - Nebraska Master Showmanship Contest- For 4-H and FFA students and held in conjunction with the Nebraska State Fair. For more information contact the Nebraska Department of Agriculture or Brownfield. Winners of the each the beef, swine, sheep and written livestock test divisions receive a scholarship of $300 each, and the top three overall premier showmen receive scholarships of $2000, $1200 and $800.
- The Nebraska Nursery and Landscape Association- Offers two scholarships to Nebraska students majoring in the horticulture industry. One scholarship is dedicated to University of Nebraska students and one scholarship is designated to students attending area colleges with horticulture programs.
- Nebraska Pork Producers- Through the mentoring program, the NPPA is extending a helping hand to young adults who are participating in NPPA’s Pork Industry Mentoring.
- Nebraska Simmental Association- Helps to support Simmental youth through college scholarships.
- Orscheln Nebraska 4-H Scholarships- Orscheln Farm & Home will provide three $1000 4-H scholarship to graduating high school seniors entering their freshman year at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at UNL.

- University of Nebraska- Lincoln Here is information on federal financial aid and the scholarships awarded through the university.
- University of Nebraska-Lincoln – College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources -Each year CASNR students are awarded more than three-quarters of a million dollars in scholarships through departments and the CASNR Dean’s Office. These awards range from $50 to $10,000.
