Dannon makes sweeping supply goals

Yogurt giant Dannon says it will source milk from dairy farmers that use non-GMO feed and will have GMO labeling on all its products nationwide by the end on 2017.

As part of a sweeping plan announced this week, Dannon said it would use more sustainable sources for its products and fewer synthetic and GMO ingredients.  The French company says it will work with its dairy farm partners and suppliers to “progressively implement the use of sustainable agriculture practices and technology.”
