Agriculture investment firms merge

Rural Issues copyIndiana based Halderman Real Asset Management and farmland investment group US Agriculture, LLC have announced they will merge.  The merged companies will continue to operate at US Agriculture.  Anatole Pevnev will serve as managing director and Halderman founder and president Howard Halderman will serve as executive chairman of USAG’s Board of Managers.

Halderman says the network of relationships that both companies bring to the merger will open more opportunities and expand the breadth and depth of services that are offered to investors.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
