Beck’s buys former Syngenta facility

Programs ICONBeck’s says it has purchased the former Syngenta corn production facility in Paris, Illinois. Beck’s president, Scott Beck, says it’ll allow the company to stay ahead of demand and deliver its products faster.  It’s within an hour of Beck’s facility in Effingham.

In the first year, he says, the facility will be used for warehousing and seed storage.  Seed corn production would happen after this year. Beck’s CEO Sonny Beck says Illinois is the company’s number one state for growth.
