Ohio’s Excellence in Agriculture finalist
Ohio farm girl who is helping tell agriculture’s story is a finalist for the American Farm Bureau’s Excellence in Agriculture Award.
She’s Marlene Eick of Radnor.
“My husband and I own Herdmark Media, a photo and video company that helps companies and organizations in agriculture tell their story through photo and video,” Eick said.
Her passion has roots in the FFA, 4-H and her family’s farm.
“Growing up in that environment really instilled a passion for agriculture and just a very personal connection, so even though I’m not involved in production agriculture today, I feel a very strong connection and very proud to continue on the heritage my family has.”
Marlene’s also active in the Ohio FFA Foundation, Ohio Pork Council and the County Farm Bureau.
