Iowa Farm Bureau holds annual meeting
Iowa Farm Bureau’s annual meeting is taking place this week in Des Moines. On Tuesday Brownfield had the opportunity to visit with two of the group’s top officials—president Craig Hill and Dave Miller, director of research and commodity services.
Hill told us 2015 has been a year of excellent membership growth for Iowa Farm Bureau. He also talked about some of the issues facing Iowa farmers, including the contentious debate over water quality in the state.

Dave Miller discussed a variety of topics, including Brazilian agriculture, crop insurance, holes in the farm safety net, the RFS, and the crop price outlook for 2016.
