Programs ICON

Wet, warm weather in Illinois limited fieldwork last week.

On average, there was a little less than two days available for fieldwork.

74% of subsoil and 75% of topsoil have adequate moisture levels.

67% of winter wheat is in good to excellent shape and 45% of pastures and rangelands are rated good to excellent.

The Illinois USDA office will be issuing monthly crop reports from January through March, with weekly reports resuming in April.
