Dry, windy, and warm conditions last week helped Nebraska farmers make pretty good soybean harvest progress.

57% of the crop is harvested, up 26% on the week, but still a little bit slower than average.

26% of corn is harvested, compared to 34% normally this time of year.

93% of the winter wheat crop is planted and 70% has emerged, both faster than usual.

The sorghum harvest is at 17% and the fourth cutting of alfalfa is 95% complete.
