Nebraska AG provides update on Clean Water Rule

Nebraska is one of the 13 states covered by the temporary injunction against the Clean Water Rule (formerly Waters of the U.S.) issued last week by a North Dakota district court judge. On Monday morning, Brownfield asked Nebraska attorney general Doug Peterson for this thoughts on the ruling, whether he believes it should apply to all 50 states, and what he sees as the next moves in their attempts to block implementation of the rule.
