Monsanto’s Fraley reacts to Syngenta’s earnings report

Syngenta released its earnings report for the first half of the year today (Thursday). The numbers were viewed as positive by many analysts and Syngenta officials say it bolsters their case against a takeover bid by Monsanto.
We discussed this latest news with Dr. Robb Fraley, chief technology officer for Monsanto, who has been very involved in Monsanto’s efforts to acquire Syngenta.
