International feed buyers coming to World Dairy Expo

Showring

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture says buyers from China, Japan, Guatemala, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan will be at World Dairy Expo this year looking for value-added feed products.

The buyers are seeking companies to supply dairy nutrition, milk replacers, soybean meal, high-protein corn meal, corn gluten meal, pre-mixed feeds, alfalfa meal and pellets, probiotics, vitamins and minerals, whey protein, meat and bone meal, trace minerals, amino acids, enzymes and supplements.

Interested companies should contact the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture to set up meetings with the buyers September 29th, 30th and October 1st in Madison.  Cost of participating is $150 per company if registered before July 28th.  Final registration deadline is August 18th.

  • Darn it, I missed the meeting by one day. Are there other resources that I can speak to about acquiring alfalfa cubes for my livestock? As you can tell, I am in a bit of a pinch to buy some before the snow falls.
