Steve Meyer’s hog market outlook

One of the most-anticipated presentations at World Pork Expo each year is market analyst Steve Meyer’s outlook for the coming months.  Meyer, whose new title is “vice president of pork analysis” at Express Markets Inc. Analytics, discussed what he sees as “a significant expansion” taking place in the pork industry.  Meyer says the next 12 months should continue to be profitable or pork producers, but he expects big changes by the second half of 2016.
