A visit with Ken Maschhoff

The Maschhoffs LLC , headquartered in Carlyle, Illinois, is one of the largest family-owned pork production networks in North America.  At World Pork Expo, we had the opportunity to visit with Ken Maschhoff, who serves as chairman of the board for the company and also as vice president of the National Pork Producers Council.  We covered a wide range of topics, including PEDv, antibiotics, sow housing and foreign trade issues of concern to pork producers.
