Cover crops as a nitrogen source

Managing nitrogen was the focus of the recent conference hosted by the University of Wisconsin Discovery Farms. Farmers, crop consultants and others learned about nitrogen use, efficiency and retention.  UW Discovery Farms co-director Amber Radatz says one of the things they talked about was cover crops.
