Ohio Cattlemen to hold annual meeting

Cattlemen from across Ohio will meet at the NorthPointe Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center on Saturday, January 24 for the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet.

Elizabeth Harsh, Executive Director of the OCA says speakers will include Michelle Murray, NCBA’s Senior Executive Director of Integrated Communications and Colin Woodall, NCBA’s Vice President of Government Affairs.

“He’ll come in and kind of do a roundup from last fall’s election, look at top legislative priorities for the beef industry for the coming year and he’ll be on hand to speak during the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association Annual Meeting that afternoon, as we kind of delve into that whole policy development process” said Harsh. “And he’ll also join us for the banquet that evening.”

The Awards Banquet that evening will recognize outstanding contributors to Ohio’s beef industry.
