Bane-Welker Equipment announces acquisition

Bane-Welker Equipment has announced the purchase of Ohio based The Equipment Store.  The Wilmington and Georgetown, Ohio facilities will transition names to Bane-Welker Equipment.

The acquisition will bring the total number of Bane-Welker locations to 12. All locaitons offer parts, sales, service, and precision farming for Case IH products.  Phil Bane, CEO of Bane-Welker says they are excited about the expansion. “With the addition of the Ohio stores, we now have a larger selection of new and used equipment,” he says.  “This opens up a whole new market which we are excited to serve.”

Both Ohio stores are open for business and will continue to operate as normal.
