EPA approves Bayer’s ILeVO

Bayer CropScience says the EPA has approved its application for the registration of its seed treatment ILeVO. The product is designed to protect soybean root systems against infections such as Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) fungus. Bayer says it also protects against nematodes in the seed zone. Registration allows the product to be available for the 2015 growing season. It’s the first seed treatment against SDS.
