Value of meat exports growing

In the last few years, the value of meat exported from the U.S. has grown significantly.  Contributing to that growth is that many countries enhanced their wherewithal to afford meat, according to Leann Saunders of Castle Rock, Colorado, who chairs the U.S. Meat Export Federation.
