Ohio Farm and Food Leadership Forum

Ohio Farm and Food Leadership Forum

How Ohioans can effectively engage and improve their local communities will be the focus of the Ohio Farm and Food Leadership Forum on December 10 in downtown Columbus.

David Rule, Sr. Director of Organizational Development at the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation says sessions will range from community engagement, to farm advocacy to on-farm drones.

“Four different tracks this year,” Rule said. “We have a leadership development track, community development, technology and agriculture and current issues that are going to be going on throughout the day with some really great outside speakers that bring a lot of expertise to those topics.”

Dr. Lowell Catlett, dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at New Mexico State University will be the keynote speaker.
