dfa

Reports say Dairy Farmers of America and China’s Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group are teaming-up to build a $100 million milk powder plant in Kansas. Citing a filing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Wall Street Journal says DFA will spend $70 million with Yili putting up $30 million.  The plant would produce around 88,000 tons of powder annually.  A specific location for the plant has not been announced but it is expected to be somewhere in western Kansas.
