Online tool for Farm Bill programs

Jonathan Coppess, with the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois says an online tool developed to help farmers make decisions between the ARC and PLC programs in the Commodity Title of the Farm Bill allows farmers to go through the decision making steps and enter different scenarios on their time.
