The New Holland Pavilions are ready
World Dairy Expo gets underway next Tuesday morning when they cut the ribbon on the new housing for the show cattle. The two New Holland Pavilions cover nearly 300,000 square feet
Janet Keller is Communications and Public Relations Manager at World Diary Expo, she says the buildings feature state-of-the-art ventilation, better, more efficient lighting and a number of amenities including showers, concessions and kiosks to allow you to find that cow or exhibitor you are looking for at the show.
The buildings can house up to 2,600 head of cattle which will eliminate the need for the big tents used in previous years. There is also a new, double-12 BouMatic milking parlor with glass interior and exterior walls to allow visitors to watch the cows being milked.
World Dairy Expo runs Tuesday through Saturday, September 30th through October 4th at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
