A late harvest possible for some areas

At last week’s Husker Harvest Days farm show in central Nebraska, we stopped by the DTN building and visited with ag meteorologist Bryce Anderson about what kind of weather we might expect this harvest season.  Anderson says weather models indicate a continued wetter-than-normal pattern, especially in the western Corn Belt, which he says may cause the harvest to extend into mid- to late-November in some areas.
