The Conversation:

Weather and Planting Progress
• You finished planting corn last week Judi, are you planting beans this week?
• Keith, how are things going in your area?
• Zach, I see you’re on the move today in Nebraska. How are things going in your area?
• I’m assuming there’s still a lot of farm work to be done, but as you look at the planting progress around your areas how much advancement have you seen with the weather?
• Adam, we were talking about how you all run so hard during this time of year. What are some of the things that you guys do to make sure you’re running safely and your able to operate on few hours of sleep?
• How much does the equipment make a difference into what you guys do? The advancements that implements have made?
• As we’re getting into emergence in the early stages of growth what are some of the things you’re seeing and are there issues popping up already?
• Once you have gotten the first push done to get things in the ground, do you take a break with a bit more ease knowing that so much has already been planted?
• How do you get through the issue of machinery breakdown?
• Tell me your favorite weather app or scouting app that makes your life so much easier in the cab of the tractor?

Farmer-to-Farmer Questions
• David asked if anyone else has been experiencing delays in their GPS system at certain parts of the day.
• David also asked if any of the other farmers have had issues with rocks in their fields.
