Hoping for spring rains in central Nebraska

Tim Scheer raises corn, soybeans and cattle near the town of St. Paul in central Nebraska.  Scheer says the year is starting off very dry and even though irrigation is widely used in that area, he would like to have some moisture to get crops up and growing this spring.  And, as Scheer explains, the pastures need rain even more than the crop ground.
