Applications available for Sheep Heritage Foundation Memorial Scholarship

Graduate students studying sheep and areas related to sheep are eligible to apply for a $1,500 scholarship through the American Sheep Industry’s Sheep Heritage Foundation.

Scholarship is available to students in the U.S. Students must:

• be a graduate student involved in sheep and/or wool research in such areas as animal science, agriculture economics or veterinary medicine with proof of U.S. graduate school acceptance,
• complete an application, and
• present two letters of reference.

Applications are due June 1, 2014.
